These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. They apply to all orders placed through bromleybrush.co.uk.

We have made every effort to display product images, descriptions, and specifications accurately. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to monitor settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time without notice.
4. Pricing and VAT
All prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. UK VAT at the current standard rate of 20% will be added at checkout and shown as a separate line item.
Prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and are correct at the time of display. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.
In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order with a full refund.
5. Ordering
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the products listed. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases we will issue a full refund.
You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order.
6. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment by major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. Payment card details are not stored by Bromley Brush.
All transactions are encrypted via SSL/TLS for your security.
7. Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
- Standard Delivery: £10.00 per order
- Estimated delivery time will be confirmed at checkout or in your order confirmation email
- Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our control
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title to the products passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
